HAL is conducting an independent performance (value-for-money) audit of the Council of Canadian Academies (CCA). The audit will assess the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the CCA funds have been used, and will provide an assessment of (i) governance and strategic planning, (ii) assessment operations and related activities and, (iii) corporate management.
HAL is developing a “white paper” for Natural Resources Canada concerning key geomatics drivers, uncertainties and issues that need to be addressed as part of a pan-Canadian strategic approach. The white paper will be a foundational document for use by the Canadian Geomatics Community Round Table (CGCRT) in its development of a pan-Canadian strategy.
HAL will provide advice to the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities (MTCU) on three aspects of Employment Ontario (EO) integration: what are the types of local inputs into government planning and management of employment and training services; what are the levels of local input; and who are the most effective bodies at providing the input?
