 James Tompkins is an Associate with HAL. James specializes in geospatial analysis, geomatics applications and Internet-based mapping of information. He is also responsible for the information technology aspects of projects including development of project web sites, design and implementation of electronic surveys, the use of group decision support systems, and the application of statistical analysis software. James has a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Management Science from Queen's University and a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in GIS from Penn State University.
