Paul brings a wealth of experience to the firm. For the past 18 years, and most recently as President, he worked at Precarn, an independent, not-for-profit corporation which funds and promotes collaborative research and development in the field of robotics and intelligent systems.

Paul's contribution at Precarn was recognized in his appointment as Chairman of the International Federation of Robotics.

Prior to joining Precarn, Paul was Director, Planning and Coordination, for the Canadian Space Agency where he supported negotiation of Canada's role in the International Space Station.

Paul holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Education and Law from the University of Toronto, and is a Member of the Bar in the Province of Ontario.
