Paul brings a wealth of experience to the firm. For the past 18 years, and most recently as President, he worked at Precarn, an independent, not-for-profit corporation which funds and promotes collaborative research and development in the field of robotics and intelligent systems.

(7822) Review of the Communications Research Centre Element 2: Core Research & Development

Communications Research Centre (CRC) is a national laboratory undertaking R&D in all aspects of Canada’s Communication infrastructure. HAL has been contracted to review the core research component of their work.

(7819) Development of an Agri-Tech Innovation Plan (A-TIP) for Commercialization of Innovation

HAL is once again working with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. In line with the 2003 Agricultural Policy Framework and its successor, Growing Forward, AAFC and OMAFRA have a growing commitment to foster the agri-technology industry. HAL’s is preparing an analysis and needs assessment of the Agri-Tech sector to help develop a Ministry-wide Agri-Tech Innovation Plan (A-TIP).
