HAL is conducting an independent performance (value-for-money) audit of the Council of Canadian Academies (CCA). The audit will assess the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the CCA funds have been used, and will provide an assessment of (i) governance and strategic planning, (ii) assessment operations and related activities and, (iii) corporate management.
