Erik Lockhart is a Senior Associate with HAL. He is the Manager of the Queen’s Executive Decision Centre at Queen’s University. Erik is the facilitator of workshops run by HAL in cooperation with the Queen’s University. The Group Decision Support System (GDSS) is designed to enable a group of participants to work interactively in a computer mediated environment.
