R&D Review Secretariat
HAL is working with the R&D Review Secretariat to carry out an analysis of methods to assess the effectiveness of R&D programs. The study is in support of the expert panel that is reviewing what federal initiatives are most effective in increasing business R&D and facilitating commercially relevant R&D partnerships.
